import profiles etc from Linked In
We should be able to import the profiles from Linked In. Recreating information is unneccessarily time consuming and not necessary given modern technology
Status: startedThis is something we definitely plan on doing in the near future. Many social networks are looking to solve the problem of making data portable between networks and we plan on being at the forefront of this.

Form for client/partner endorsements
Provide a simple customizable form to allow clients/partners to give an endorsement without having to join. Name and valid email should be sufficient. A link from my website to give a "testimonial" or "endorsement" would get them here. But many are reluctant to join.
Currently your RepScore is also based on the RepScore's of your references, your references must also be members of the Naymz community to leave endorsements on your profile. We will keep this posted here to see if there is more support for this.

Provide detailed RepScore point accounting
It would be helpful to know not only the total RepScore, but to know where the points are coming from. For example: If you can earn up to 250 points for identity verification but have only received a portion of that, how would you know to follow up with Trufina to supply missing information?

Put more info about NAYMZ in the email invitations

Allow blocking of user sending unwanted connection requests.
For months now (perhaps as long as a year) I've been receiving repeated connection requests from someone I do not know. Inspite of declining each time, this user persists, even using variations of the same name (i.e. they have multiple user profiles or accounts). I reported this in the past, but ... more
Status: plannedWe are working on creating a Block function that will achieve this and negatively affect the RepScore of the person who gets blocked. In the meantime, your best bet is to ignore the invitation (i.e. leave it in your Received Invitations section) and you will not receive reminders in your Inbox/E-mail. Of course seeing it there may be annoying, but once the Block functionality is available, you will be able to Block it.

Increase number of Endorsements to 'Unlimited'.
Currently only allowed to display 10 Endorsements. This is a limitation on being able to advance Rep Score and Reputation. Member should not have to 'pick and choose' from any Endorsement and should be able to display them all.

in box spam
I've noticed lately I'm beginning to get spam in my inBox which also begs the question whether our profiles are being scraped for the supplied data. Status: startedWe are now penalizing the RepScore of the people who send Inbox messages that are then marked as Spam by the recipient. We also disable sending of messages for these users if a threshold of spam is sent within the last 30 days. Further measures to penalize users who send Invite Spam are also planned.

Allow export to csv or sync with google contacts, yahoo...
Would be great if the service could sync with other services like Plaxo, G-Contacts, Yahoo, or Hotmail, etc... Or at the very least export to CSV or other general contact format.

Allow use of a nickname as the primary name listing.
I'm known by my middle name, not my first name, but since Trufina background checks require full names, Naymz requires me to use my full name in my listing. No one is going to know to search for my first name.
Status: plannedA few of users have run into this issue. Typically, Trufina allows you to change your verified name to be your nickname (contact Trufina support). Then you can change the name on your Naymz profile and, viola, you get the badge and points.
We will likely be moving towards an 'Also Known As' model for name inputs. Once we make that change, as long as your main identification matches your Trufina information you will receive the badge.

A scoring method for credit scores
Put together an actual credit score or score it seoerately as to not give away the actually score.
Interesting idea. This is something we will talk about internally.

If you click on the endorsements they are covered up
If you click on the endorsements they are covered up by other stuff on the right in FireFox. Please correct this error. Thanks! ( did not find the "fix this" section so I posted it here)
Status: startedThis is an issue in Firefox 2.0 due to some changes made to support Firefox 3.0. We are working to correct the issue, but upgrading to Firefox 3.0 will resolve the issue for you immediately.

Allow multiple names/nicknames
A kind of "Also known as".
Many people change their names over their life. An obvious example is the maiden/marriage last name(s) for women.
The same for nicknames.

I cannot find how to add a single email address. I cannot find where to email a help desk to ask. This site is a pain in the neck to use. I don't have hours to spend here. I don't need this message posted, but I also don't see how else to get a message to you!!!!!
