Many people change their names over their life. An obvious example is the maiden/marriage last name(s) for women.
The same for nicknames.
Also first name can have several form (and the person will be known inthe network not only by his passport name), and it looks like Naymz doesn't take it into account.
Also, even if the name is not changed, for non-latin names there are several possible spellings.

So when you search the network for references, you also need to search with these additional names and nicknames, and they should be explicitely provided by the person.
